What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to do the best thing. No idea is off the table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think competitive pay and aggressive promotions will continue to keep me happy here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not exactly sure who the leadership team is, but in a good way. Feels like most people in the company can make huge changes, given there is peer buyin.
