What makes you most happy at work?

That the job does not require telephone use, my performance is consistently good and improving, the opportunities for advancement, and the positive culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Employees (including supervisors) are obviously excited about working for Fetch - that provides a positive atmosphere. Many users also clearly enjoy the app and are pleasant in their inquiries.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Cross-training needs an over-haul. The rewards agents for the guardians merge are not prepared to answer many SAM questions and seem unprepared. This is frustrating as many tickets need to be reopened or fixed and user's seem frustrated by some responses.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to care about their employees as people and the employee's life/work balance. However, I think it would be more fair for work/life balance if 2nd shift people split weekends - i.e., half worked Saturdays and half worked Sundays - just a suggestion that may improve employee satisfaction
