What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like my immediate manager. They seem to really understand me and advocate for my best interests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's hard to keep in touch and build a team remotely but everyone is highly motivated and wants to see Fetch succeed. It really helps things!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my location isn't taken into account, and that there are pay gaps between me and my colleagues in the same position. With how expensive housing costs are, I wish geographic location was taken more into consideration when evaluating pay.
