I really enjoy working for Fetch, I think the peoples team is doing a great job to try and further employee engagement & culture. It does seem that there are some "higher ups" who don't approve of culture/environment changes.

Coworkers make me the most happy at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate more communication on how success is measured and how/when we should ask for increased compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency of the leadership team. Wes is usually always upfront about things during our town halls.

Positive thing about culture & environment is that most employees feel strongly about building culture and improving diversity and allowing everyone to shine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team is communication. Everyone is good about talking to one another whether it be about personal life, or the status of projects.
