My overall experience at Fetch has been very positive. My work challenges me as I learn and grow within my role, with plenty of help from other employees. The managers are all very friendly and want you to succeed within Fetch.

The culture and environment are very supportive for work matters or personal matters. Fetch hires kind people who work hard, and so its culture reflects that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team realizes that external problems in today's world can affect employees on a personal level. They encourage us to do good in the world inside Fetch and out.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the most happy at work as a developer is completing a feature or project. The culmination of problem solving results in a great feeling when everything is clicking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package was incredibly fair as an hourly intern, with paid company holidays and a solid rate. As a full time employee, the unlimited PTO and rate is above what I expected for a company of Fetch's size.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team are our independence to work on topics how we want to, usually without strict deadlines. It means I can complete my work in the appropriate way instead of rushing and making mistakes.
