My team makes me most happy! I also enjoy the variety and challenge my position provides me. I love working with people, collaborating, challenging myself and I get to do that every day.

What I like best about our leadership team is the transparency and communication. No matter what team or position you are on, the leadership team provides clear and consistent feedback and updates related to the company's success or opportunities.

The best thing about my team are the people. I have the privilege of working with supportive, hardworking people and while we're committed to getting a job done, we are still able to maintain the fun and camaraderie each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I find to be most positive about the culture and environment at our company is that people don't need to worry about punitive consequences when they make mistakes. When people are not afraid of making mistakes they are more likely to escalate appropriately if/when they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package personally are the health benefits. I am very grateful that the company covers me and my family, brings a lot of peace of mind. Competitively, the best part of the compensation package would have to be the options, tangible investment for mutual success.
