I'm happy that I get to work autonomously and my values are appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership knows how to scale the company, but it unfortunately doesn't fix existing problems we've been dealing with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should have more transparency about wages and how they are assessed. I actually don't know if I'm being paid fairly since that information wasn't explained.
