Consistent and fast progress that my team makes in lockstep with each other. Every day we move towards our finish lines for our big undertakings.

Mistakes are remedied, not punished. This encourages coming forward with mistakes, learning from them, fixing them, and moving on. There's no fear of retribution and issues come to light much faster, making the whole process a lot easier.
