My overall experience at Fetch has been positive so far. I love that everyone is so passionate about what we're doing and ultimately is focused on ensuring that the user's needs and what's best from a UX standpoint is at the forefront of what we do.

The best thing about my team is that we all care about one another and enjoy doing good work with eachother.

The best part of my compensation package is the stock options. It's nice to see the company encouraging their employees to be part of the growth, including monetary growth.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is everyone's willingness to help when and where needed. Most team members consistently go above and beyond for the greater good of the team.

What makes me most happy at work is when we organize a group working session to help one another on any matter; such as evaluating why an offer is performing under expectation. Everyone jumps in and helps out.
