I love the sense of community even though we are all working remotely

I love how involved they are. You can tell they actually care about you and want you to succeed in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im very excited for the stock options. Ive always wanted to get into stocks and i feel like this may be my ticket to success! We are growing so fast!

any question we have is answered and they are really nice about it as well. It helps so much to not be nervous to ask a question you may think is stupid. Makes for much easier learning
