I love everything about Fetch. My only complaint is the benefits provided - they are nothing worth writing home over. I would be willing to pay more each paycheck for better dental and vision coverage, and better medication coverage.

transparency, being included in "the big picture" of the company during monthly meetings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity. All races, religions, backgrounds, sexes, gender identities, etc are represented and treated the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am an important cog in the machine that runs this place. It's difficult to get lost in the shuffle at most places, however, I think Fetch is amazing at choosing the right people to move the company forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very caring, empathetic, and truly want everyone to feel like they have your back. It's so easy to ask questions to more senior members, and they never make you feel stupid or like they have better things to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Living in cities are expensive - and our wages are what minimum wage should be if it kept up with inflation. Therefore, I am living like a true minimum wage employee in a US in a major city as far as I am concerned.
