My team is alright. We are growing and no longer hiring the best of the best but for the most part everyone has similar vibes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nope. I feel like my work doesn't go unnoticed. I mean I feel like in the beginning my efforts and contributions were being overlooked but not anymore.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The try to remain aware of everything both within the company and in the outside world. They've been stepping up efforts in DEI which I love to see
