Seeing top management get behind our DE&I initiatives. The hybrid work environment. Getting to participate in community activities with friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that impact customer, employees and the future of our company. Doing work that will remain after I'm gone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe my compensation is in line with my geographic area. I also believe the gender pay gap needs to be addressed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO is authentic. I believe he knows where he wants us to be as a company and we just need to be a little patient while we get there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are my friends and I can't say that about other places I've worked. We have some real top-performers here and they are always willing to step up and help in anyway possible.
