Banks typically pay lower than other industries. Health insurance coverage could be better.

Compensation below average of colleges. Multiple degrees, continued education, perform work outside of job description but get paid same as my administrative specialist.

It is typical for banks to pay lower than other fields of business. The company has a great culture, mission, and values but lacks in compensation and insurance.
