Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid by experience, or have a "level" system form position in order to work to achieve a higher level and pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's only one level of my position, where others in the similar roles have levels 1 & 2, so there is room and incentive for growth without having to change positions. I would like to have an insurance option without a high deductible. Even the "lower" deductible plan offered is still high.
