The ability to have a hybrid work environment. It helps me as a whole person and it's nice to know that the company sees that.

My team is good at knowing the experts in the room and leaning on them to do their job. I can always count on them to come through.

I think that the move to remote/hybrid work has caused people to make interactions more meaningful when in person. It has also made people more grateful for the flexible work and I think it has paid off on our emotions.

Everyone typically does a great job of staying in their lane, being the expert in what they do, and having a good attitude while they do it. There isn't a team member in my department that I feel like can't or won't do their job to the best of their ability at all times.
