I feel valued as an employee by Lakeshore management team. I feel the support areas of the bank do not embrace the focus of whatever it takes to provide excellent service to customers. Client facing staff are completely focused on the client but many times the process to accomplish tasks is not

Good work enviroment. Spends to much time on DEI when we need to focus on internal sytems and focus on the client experience. We also provide promotional rate for new clients only while not offering same benefit to long term clients unless they have more dollars to bring to FMB

Overall my experience is good. However, I feel that the operations teams are rigid and inflexible. Many are not focused on quick responses for clients. Many forget that 100% of our focus should be on satisfying FMB clients.
