Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not recognized for my success, only my short-comings are noticed. Our goals are unreachable for our market, making it impossible to get my incentives. I was excluded from the pay increases put in place this year, putting my piers at the same rate as me despite my job judies and seniority.
