The organization is able to provide avenues for individuals to grow, and are willing to assist with the growth of an individual and a team. I have been welcomed with open arms in many cases, but feel there is still barriers existing around different types of individuals.

Being able to focus on my tasks, without the consistent need to be checked on or interrupted

They seem to be more open to communicating with individuals that are not executive level, and make the work seem valued

My team is willing to assist with all questions and take on additional responsibilities when needed if you under too much work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market valuation of all positions would show that FMB is traditionally lower in pay as compared to other banks within our operational footprint.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on things that allow me to shine while challenging me slightly. I am able to do what I am the best at which makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the organization should value the idea of increasing base pay of all positions, as many of the pay ranges from line-level to middle management is vastly behind the current market rate for equivalent positions in many of the location of which the company operates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I have proven my value and worth to be higher than what I was given as an initial salary. Its interesting to see that I have received significantly less than my peers when my experience was on the same level and with more diverse areas in aspects of the function.
