used to fill a hole and now discarded. upper management only cares about numbers and that unfortunately people can see that they don't like how that looks.

caring about the communities that fmb actually serves

corporate doesn't care about customers other than as a number

departments clearly just want to push any request off to any other department rather than find solutions

actually care about your employees not just do things on paper that make it look like you care.

brown nosing is rampant. If you aren't a tool for their rise to power you will be cast aside.

By finding me a better fit. This company doesn't care about you individually only what numbers you can get them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

everyone and everything is just a number. Regularly watch the company throw away money on unnecessary items, but not compensate employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are not paid competitively and in my situation with being placed so far away from my home no compensation was made for the additional drive time this takes me. Essentially I was given a pay cut.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

work/life balance and fit. I was placed at a branch an hour away from my home, told it would be temporary, and here I am a year later. They have no interest in putting me in a better fit.
