brown nosing is rampant. If you aren't a tool for their rise to power you will be cast aside.

everyone and everything is just a number. Regularly watch the company throw away money on unnecessary items, but not compensate employees
We are not paid competitively and in my situation with being placed so far away from my home no compensation was made for the additional drive time this takes me. Essentially I was given a pay cut.
work/life balance and fit. I was placed at a branch an hour away from my home, told it would be temporary, and here I am a year later. They have no interest in putting me in a better fit.
