Communication of goals and current tactics to achieve them. Provide feedback on how employees can improve the efficiency ratio. Invest in technology and tools to improve outdated and manual processes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently, my manager does not provide clear expectations or guidance on projects. There seems to be a lack of knowledge with them, and they tend to focus more on having all the details instead of creating a trusting and healthy working relationship within the team.
