I am still new and the benefits haven't kicked in yet, but from what I hear they are better than my last job!

I absolutely love how open you can be here about your sexuality. I have never worked somewhere before that the LGBTQ community was so accepted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so caring! Also, when someone isn't here we all jump in as a team to pick up the slack. It's not all pushed on one person!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone seems to understand home life/ work life balance! It makes me feel good that if an emergency should arise, I can take time to be with my family!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked so hard this year, and for a couple of months I was doing the job of 3 people with very little to no help almost daily. Yet, I mention a raise and no one has anything to say.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if management isnt allowed to help out which has caused my manager to not know procedures. Our team has to fill in for the manager to answer questions quite often. I feel as if I do the job of 3 people some days because of this lack of knowledge.
