Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that more responsibility is being pushed down and can get a little overwhelmed at times. I feel that I do a good job and do not complain, and still get all things accomplished. The restructuring of the pay, I got bumped up to the minimum for my position even though I've been here & done well.
