Onboarding was rocky at best. The virtual trainings are the absolute worst. Most people complain about these. Most (not all, but most) people learn better and retain more with face-to-face/hands on experience.

The overall experience at my company has been positive from onboarding to training to ongoing job expectations and advancement. It has been so, so good to find a place where I am truly valued.

Overall, the onboarding was a little rocky, but now that I am learning my role, I enjoy working here. My supervisor is not very good at growing people.
