Executive Bonus and stock options. It's what keeps me focused on doing my job to the best of my ability.

They keep us well informed of the bank's objectives and progress. They practice our company values and make work fun. Not many places do that these days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do believe in the work family balance. The company has really moved forward in this area allowing more remote work and flexibility. With today's family, that is very important to me.
