Upper management has cut staffing so tight that we often run short and have to miss lunches.
not much they have tightened staffing to the point that they are running off the good employees
Have upper management have conversations with the crr's and the tellers to see what is really going on.
The get out in the branches and speak to us as individuals and ask if we need anything from them.
Are team works well together. We hit our goals even without our manager here. She gets all the congratulations for us hitting our goals but she doesn't help us hit them.
We have staff members that have been late, sleeping on the teller line, ignoring customers and when brought to the manager they said well she is pregnant so we have to watch what we say..
We have a manager that doesn't lead well as a manager. She is out of the branch with personal stuff. When she is here she stays in her office and doesn't help with anything else. She says she does't know how to do things but also isn't willing to learn. TO me that is not a good leader.
