We care about each other, and we care about our clients. We continuously monitor our client's accounts and that they prosper. We are extremely family oriented

The way we are looking out for our clients. We are proactively reviewing their accounts and searching for ways their funds can make the most for them.

We care about each other. We work together when an issue arise. We do not try to "one up" each other. (This is a recent change)

We take care of each other. When circumstances arise we help each other out as best we can, whether rearranging scheduled work times, buying lunches, or just complimenting and/or showing empathy

We look out for each other. We are an extension of family. If someone has something come up and needs to trade days off, we accommodate them as often as possible. We think of each other many times outside of work, as evidenced by little tokens, gifts that we know the other person enjoys.

We try to assist each other any time we can. We are more than willing to trade days should something come up. We try to make it so each of us feels comfortable to ask questions and we each realize who is well versed in what aspect of our position which allows us to complement for success.
