The management needs to step in and discipline some people a little better and not tolerate certain behaviors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we as front facing employees need better pay for what we do. The health insurance is laughable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel as if the compensation is worth what I do. I am underpaid for what I do. The incentives are not very good. I would appreciate a better base pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes I don't get support, I'll send an email or a teams message and never get a response. Yet I am still expected to do everything to meet my goals. I can't do that sometimes without that support
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid to give advise to people on how to make their lives financially better, as I am getting more and more into debt because I barely live paycheck to paycheck because I make the same or less as a kid who works fast food
