first 2 years introducing new concepts, new ways to do work was difficult, the company was very resistant to change. But by year 3 folks are starting to come around.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making the lives of my colleagues better.

MIP Bonus I qualify for as an employee

MIP, ESPP, HSA contributions, but HSA system is clunky.

We've made a work remote environment work to better suit the teams needs.

Our team is new and we bring so many great vantage points together collectively.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

DEI is a ray of sun shine, I enjoy gold shield and rally events.

I feel we are having more candid conversations. Little left to interpretation, clearer goals.

Salary + Bonus + Vacation + Benefits bundle is competitive in the upper levels (only).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Silo's, Segregation, Lack of training/development/ poor hiring pool, culture issues with leadership (resistant to change)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Always playing catch up, always behind on projects. Infuse new talent, build best practices, outside training.

President is one of the nicest people I've worked with. He pulls out the best in people.

Supportive and Driven to win our market places. Not enough focus and emphasis on "helping people prosper" anymore though.

Helping you Prosper resonated with me, big push as we rolled that out and why its important to our culture.

Internally our team can openly debate everything. I think it is starting to spread and more people dont feel attacked but welcome alternative points of views.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Gold Shield awards are nice. But Kudo's aren't widely adopted, Resource Groups struggle with funding/attention and are not and at times struggle to bring value.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Lots of silos, turf wars, job insecurity which gets in the way of partnerships and getting work done. Our opinions around negative impacts are not a consideration.

What makes you most happy at work?

Took a while, but now I have my ride or die people I can vet too, and have similar issues/problems. Being alone is to much of a burden.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open / Share / Collaborate / Support our internal team. However it doesn't extend out to other teams, lots of insecure people or turf wars with long time employees in other groups.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We do not seem to talk about problems, keep carrying forward issues without resolution. Burnout, late hours, very poor working standards, remote colleague technology experience is poor. To much change constantly occurring.
