Better pay, with the increase in everything and no pay increase I'm finding myself struggling to buy basic needs when I didn't before

After working at the bank over 7yrs, I still am paid less than brand new employees in my same dept. The bank focuses more on prior experience rather than regarding the hard-working dedicated employees they already have.

Not comparable to other local competitors. First Merchants keeps adding banks, and work load to it's current employees but don't offset the more and more work, yet are expected to get things done in the same amount of time even with double the work
