Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a ton of student loans to pay off, loans for a degree that my position practically required, and I don't feel I'll have the ability to pay them off with my current wages. My pharmacy insurance is also nigh-worthless for my monthly needs. I have to pay over $1500 yearly for medication.
