I'd say the salary overall is the best part.

Everyone is committed to the job and highly qualified in their field.

The chance to develop people and help my staff become as successful as they can be.

We work hard and play hard. We are rewarded for hard work with fun and/or meaningful rewards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to invest in people - we always have resources available to train and develop staff.

I'd say salary is number one for me, but remote work days are a big plus as well.

I think we are a very high functioning team, full of smart people who are good at solving problems.

Funding is available to hire, promote, recognize, and retain staff. Leadership doesn't just say they appreciate staff, they actually allocate funding to salaries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though it's a public company, it has the feel of a private business and they do really make an effort to care for the staff.
