The team is always looking for input and help from all employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of gossip and cliques. People do not communicate or work together. Most are friendly to some but not all... A select few are left out of interactions/ communications.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The department I am in is very toxic towards some employees. Some are never approved time off while others are late, leaving, taking time off all the time, there are cliques, work is not delegated. Some employees are bored and never given things to do when they ask. Mangement only cares about a few.
