Being more inclusive of everyone in the department when making plans and building each other up rather than talking poorly about them behind their backs.
Their willingness to take the time and make sure I understand big concept ideas instead of just putting in things that I am told to do.
Their willingness to take the time to explain something to me time & time again so that I understand exactly how I should do a task.
I feel undervalued because I have several certifications & useful skills from this job and past jobs that are not fully utilized in my current position nor am I compensated for them accordingly.
Well I don't know if they notice it or not but my coworkers tend to forms cliques with each other and exclude people that they don't really agree with or that they think they have nothing in common with.
They need to work on being more inclusive in their interactions of all people in our department, not just the people they feel closest to. They tend to exclude a handful of my fellow coworkers, including myself, almost every time there is a team function.
My coworkers need to work on not talking about each other behind each others back. It upsets me just how almost everyone in my department besides my managers act friendly when you talk to them in person or ask a question but talk crap about you behind your back.
