I really enjoy my time at first merchants. This company has been one of my most favorite places to work for in my entire working career and I am happy to share that information with anyone.

Everyone truly wants to help customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all gel very well and that creates a productive and cohesive environment to work in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They reach down to the retail sides of FMB quite a bit. They make sure to visit every once in a while and are ready to help in a moment's notice.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to see my coworkers. I see them more than I see my own family which means it's important to get along. I think of them as friends as well as colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I believe that the ability to obtain a raise that is substantial should be easier to achieve. There also shouldn't be a cap on how much one can earn in a month. If someone is consistently hitting 200+% in their goal but only receiving a max of 150% then it's discouragi
