my loyalty to FMB has been 9 years strong but I don't feel FMB is loyal to those that come up in the company and stay

recognizing loyalty within the company and not just new hires
individual recognition based on success not always reflected in the branch scorecard

my location allows me to service my community as a small town bank with big services to offer

my markets vibe is very much a team and everyone cheers and helps the branches on. We promote success and have open dialoge on struggles. No one branch is trying to be better then another, we all pitch in to help.
revisit salaries on a SCRR and BCM level like we were told during Covid when raises went in effect but BCM's were put on hold and never discussed again. Consumer banking centers should be given more credit and time then they are currently given
loyal employees are not recognized for that nor are they paid for staying, we higher in with high compensation to try and win the race to fill positions. BCM that have been told that Role based increases for this position would happen for years but hasn't.
I'm loyal to FMB but don't feel like they are loyal back. The managers are the ones the expectation sits on to balance a work/life balance but you are always have to be "on". The pay has been a hurry up and wait to be approved. Cheaper to hire then to retain
a personal connection to the consumer banking team and their needs to be successful. As we close banking centers, branches are affected but told with this change comes the oppurtunity to invest back into branches when it comes to technology. Instead we purchase a new bank to add to the tech burden.
When pay is reviewed and found to have an employee that is being paid under the minimum, it is not fixed immediately but during review time so the annual review merit raise is used to get to the minimum amount for that role, not the increase to minimum and then your merit increase.
