My co-workers are smart and personable. My manager trusts us to do our jobs without micromanaging us.

When I get to do extra tasks/projects that are an excellent fit for my skills and interests (vault teller, mentoring, financial literacy programs out in the community).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a single woman, I need to make more money to not only meet my day-to-day expenses, but to also make my dreams come true--to own a home and to travel internationally.
