I like working for FMB just being short staffed makes some days harder then others. The work life balance is hard also because of being short staffed.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Expectations are set way to high. Staffing is a big issue along with some other things. Not being able to call off when sick and not being able to make appointments during the week because there is not enough staff to cover you is a horrible feeling. Not being able to use sick time or PTO isn't ok.

Better team work. Work as a team.

Interacting with our clients and learning new things everyday. Everyday is different then the day before.

I feel like for the work a C.R.R. does that we do not get paid enough.

I feel undervalued because the pressure and expectations being a CRR and a UBB banking center are just unrealistic. What would make me feel better is allow us to have more team members at our banking centers so we can properly help our clients and give them our full attention.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pressure and expectations being a CRR and a UBB banking center are just unrealistic for our banking center. Trying to hit goals and being able to help our clients prosper while being a UBB bank with only 4 people plus a BCM, its just way to stressful for us CRR's. Allow more staff at UBB banks.
