Compared to other Financial institutions in the market I feel like our pay does not compare.

Knowing that everyday is different from the day before. I love helping customer succeed in their financial goal.

We work as a Team and are always willing to help each other out and help each other meet goals

We all work really efficiently together and always make sure our customers know they come first and we want to help them prosper.

I like seeing customer reach their goals. I like being able to offer products that will help them out in the long run.

They seem to care about what is going on in our banking center and are willing to help us over come any issues we may have.

we all get along, and if there is an issue we all work together to get through it. We have open communication so everybody feels heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to help people succeed. I love coaching my team and seeing how they succeed. I like helping our customers get where they want to be with their financial goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the company should work hard to retain their seasoned staff and pay fairly across the board. I don't agree that a new hire should make more than I do with no experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other Financial Institutions in the area, we don't come near what they get paid. I like working for my manager and market leader which is why I have not branched out to another place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the banking industry for over 15 years. When the new compensation came out, My pay is at the minimum. I would like to think with all the years I have worked in banking and I would at least be in the median of the pay scale.
