I would like to stay home at work more than 2 days a week to focus my job instead go to office ( everyone bother what they are doing on their desk )

think I should get better or more raise money every year since my performance show good every month maybe 1.00 dollar instead cents - some one didnt get good performance with good pay or avoid job

depend of mood - sometime i would like to stay WFH ( 3 or more days in week or one or two days in month at office ) . It will be save gas from work to home or someone sick around.
