Overall, I feel like it has been a mostly positive experience that has pushed me to learn much more. I feel like the people in my branch have been super helpful that I feel ready to apply to the next position if it comes available.

Having a good relationship with my coworkers makes the day easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think our personalities mesh well together and that we help each other out as best as we can. There's no "that's not my job" type responses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The high volume of clientele and knowledge needed to help assist our clients I feel we should be compensated higher. Especially when we're short staffed and people come in and say that they would rather work at Taco bell for $18/hour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That our manager seems to care about her employees; every work anniversary, we get a small gift and thank you note. Every birthday our branch goes in to get something for the birthday present. Being appreciated in our own branch makes it worth working here.
