They are all very inclusive and welcoming. I did not feel like an outsider, I immediately felt like a member of the team.

I appreciate the value they place in the employees. I was impressed with the DEI webinars that occur, and the employee appreciation you see everyday.

Everyone on the team is kind and caring. We all work to further the department and projects. Everyone is willing to teach you and learn from you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only been at First Merchants for a few weeks, and have met multiple members of the leadership team. They work to get to know you as a person and not as a position.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my team and working to help place first merchants as a center of excellence in my field. I am enjoying the challenge and the fact I am trusted as an expert in my field.
