Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've really enjoyed it so far. We are coming up on some changes in the region that I'm a little skeptical/nervous about. I would love to stay where I am, but changing roles might be a good thing

I've really enjoyed it so far. There are a couple things that I haven't been super happy about. We divided our team, and another analyst (who started on the same day as me) was picked over me for the team I would've rather been on. I also applied for a mortgage here and it was disappointing

They seem really friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable

I like the 401K benefits

We get along really well and perform well as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is relatively upbeat and they seem to be happy most of the time
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to do things that I enjoy. And the variety of work there is to do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K match. I didn't have one at my previous company, so I'm happy that FMB offered one

They are all really nice and hardworking people. They are also willing to help you learn or answer questions!

Everyone is willing to help you learn or take a minute out of their day to talk to you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All that I have personally met seem really genuine and eager to learn about you and your experiences. And all have offered a helping hand if you were to ever need it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work at my pace (for now). I get to go through the motions of working through deals and asking questions to get the basics down and work through some tougher situations
