I love the vacation time, insurance, and 401K match. Without that, I would have to seek other employment.

They seem to believe in their message as opposed to trying to get the employees on board while they go a different direction.

They put effort into communicating with the workers. They are making progress to make changes from the old way into a new era.

I enjoy everything about the benefits package but I think I like the addition to my Health Savings Account from the bank the most.

My team that is working for me is the best because they care about the service they provide and know that it adds value.

You can be who you are. If you want to be an executive, you still need to have traditional traits. The look, the way you talk, etc.

I love all the vacation time and the fact that sick days are separate from vacation. Some companies give PTO days for sick and vacation all in one grouping.

You don't have to feel alone. There is someone who is like you if you look. And, you have the ability to learn about others who are different than you.

They appear to care and I can only hope it is genuine. You don't know for sure until bad things happen because that is the time when one's true character comes out. BUT...I do not want bad things to happen!

We all work together. Things don't always go your way or as planned, but we work through those times because we know it's only for a short period of time before things get better. There is more good than bad here.

You are free to be who you want to be. However, if you want to be in executive management, you still need to hold on to traditional values and appearance. Meaning, you shouldn't color your hair blue, have tattoos all over your visible body, and wear extreme clothing.
