I don't know or see the executives you are asking me to rate. I have just selected 5s.

If it wasn't for the hourly pay rate and paid holidays off I would have been gone months ago.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training needs to improve. You are launching a brand new online banking platform and there is no training available to us employees yet. This is a huge fail on your part.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEOs do not come to customer care call center and introduce themselves to us. The process we have to go through for a yearly raise is difficult and unneccessary. You guys know what we do when we do it. I shouldn't have to ask and prove myself when everything is reported to you.
