not enrolled in health insurance, 401K is standard. Will be great if we offer more discounts on services (example gym memberships, amusement parks, etc)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy them being approachable and personable. As a company we could benefit from streamlining our process. To get something accomplished for the client sometimes we need to engage many departments, which prolongs the process.
