other banks in the same are being paid at start out atleast $18 per hour

The pay rate, at other banks in area are all much higher without the demand of sales, so a higher compensation for tellers would be appreciated and better rounded for our community..

The pay in our town for banking is much higher than what you start at. With no experience with customer service or cash handling experience starts at least $18, and that is with the same benefits that FMB offers. I have management friends in some of the other businesses to know this as factual.
