I enjoy the time off in addition to holidays. Also the 4.5% match and ESPP is really helpful for long term goals.

We work well together with no drama. It is always a very light mood which makes coming to work a much better atmosphere.

I really think our insurance package is sound; the company paid life insurance is super nice; I benefit most from the employee match and the ESPP.
