
staffing andt he work load
seem to listen to us
we all get along and help one another out
we listen to each other
we all put on a happy face and do the best to get thru the day
the pay is inadequate compared to other banks in the area, busy branches are not compensated for their workload
staffing is horrible, when calling another department put are not friendly and alot of the people that i interact with in the call center are not friendly
overworked and only seem to care about retaining sa's and compensating them and not the others. even tho I do multiple duties when needed which is always. I am expected to do my job and also the sa job. Double the work load and barely make more than the sa
