Be competitive with market with respect to compensation. Insurance could be better. Looking for health club reimbursement or something comparable.
Benefit package needs improvement. Insurance is lagging and drug plan is not good. Fitness stipend would be welcomed. Cell Phone stipend is too low.

Our merit opportunity does not compare with cost of living. In 2024-2025 its been increasingly difficult with all prices going up, ie: gas and food which impacts everyone. High deductible health plans (even though we receive a HSA contribution) erode savings and monies used to exist.
Stress level does not equal my compensation. We do not hear from EMT that we are appreciated. I would feel better if we heard from them. Even if its hey we know things are tough right now but please hang with it as we are doing what we can to solve for all the issues.
